Claims (1)
- ウエハチヤツクを多点支持する板バネと、これ
を固定するベースプレートからなり、ウエハチヤ
ツクとベースプレートの間に上記板バネを介在さ
せ、ウエハ吸着パツドとベースプレートの軸方向
相対位置を変化させて所定位置に動作せしめた時
、軸方向外力が均等分散されて、ウエハとウエハ
吸着パツドの吸着面が均一接触することを特徴と
するウエハチヤツクのチヤツクホルダ。
