Claims (1)
- ＯＮ位置とＯＦＦ位置とに切換配置される切換
ボタンを備えたスイツチ本体と、一対の検出ポー
ト間に１枚のダイヤフラムを介在収容した圧力差
検出ハウジングと、このダイヤフラムと前記切換
ボタンとの間に介在された作動伝達機構とから構
成し、前記ダイヤフラムを介した流体の差圧に伴
うダイヤフラムの変位を前記作動伝達機構を介し
て前記切換ボタンの切換変位に変換するようにし
たことを特徴とする差圧スイツチ。
