Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively use a memory without limiting maintenance and operation commands of a switching system by dividing the maintenance and operation commands into plural command groups and giving the same management number commands of each group and managing command contention with respect to each management number. CONSTITUTION:A switchboard 1 has user spaces 6, 7, 8, and 9 which control commands and data like messages inputted and sent from terminal users 2, 3, 4, and 5 connected to the switchboard 1 and a command contention management space 15 for command contention management. All maintenance and operation commands 20 which the switching system presents are divided into plural command groups 1A, 2A-32A, and command family numbers 1B, 2B-32B are given to them respectively. The switching system manages the command execution state and the number of execution commands for each number. The switching system discriminates whether contention among commands inputted from plural terminal users is possible or not on maintenance and operation. Thus, maintenance and operation commands of the switching system are presented.

Conventionally, this type of command conflict management method assigns a command conflict management number used for command conflict management to each command, and data indicating whether conflicting operations with other commands are possible or not corresponding to the command conflict management number. command execution management data for each command conflict management number managed by command conflict management, and conflict operation/enabled for each command.
Due to invalid data, the command conflict management method was used to control command conflicts.

In the above-mentioned conventional command conflict management method for maintaining and operating an exchange system, each command in the exchange system is given a number to be managed by command conflict management and data on whether or not it can operate in conflict with other commands. Ta. In this way, a large amount of memory is used because each command requires data on whether it can operate in conflict with other commands, and the number of commands provided by the exchange system must be limited due to the amount of memory. Since the command conflict management number area is also secured in advance, it is possible to consider an unassigned number area, which has the drawback of wasting memory.

Furthermore, since there is no number of running commands for each command conflict management number, if multiple commands use the same command conflict management number, both commands
If only the command is terminated, a conflict operation re-instruction is given to the command having that command conflict management number. Therefore, if multiple commands with the same command management number are being executed and one of the commands ends and the command with the true management number is still being executed, the next command entered will conflict with the above command. If the conflict operation disabled data is set for the command with the management number, the command conflict check will be OK without any problem.

The command conflict management method in the switching system of the present invention includes a switching equipment and a plurality of terminals, and the terminal sends maintenance/operation commands provided by the switching system in response to an input request from the switching equipment, and the switching equipment responds to input commands. In an exchange system configured to execute a corresponding command processing program, maintenance and operation commands provided by the exchange system are divided into multiple command groups in advance, and command family numbers for managing the divided command groups are assigned. , manages the number of executed commands within the same command family number corresponding to the command family number and the presence or absence of executing commands within the command family, and also manages the number of executed commands within the same command family number corresponding to the command family number, and also manages the number of commands executed according to the command family number corresponding to each command with respect to its own command family number and other commands. After each command processing program is started, data representing the possibility of command conflict corresponding to the command family number managed by each command processing program and command family corresponding to the command family number managed by the exchange system are displayed. The control means includes a control means for checking command conflicts based on data indicating the presence or absence of a command being executed within the command line.

Commands sent from the user terminal are activated after input control. After startup, as shown in Figure 3, the command processing program performs a parameter check, etc. (step ■), first gives its own command family number, and then checks a command conflict check pattern (32-bit data corresponding to this family number). The bit is set to 0 when conflict is possible and 1 when conflict is not allowed, and the command conflict check program is called (steps ① and ②).

As shown in FIG. 5, the command termination routine checks the input command family number (step o), and then
If the check is OK, the execution counter corresponding to this command family number is decremented by 1 (step 2). Here, if the execution counter corresponding to this command family number becomes O, it is assumed that there is no command being executed within the command family number, and the bit corresponding to this command family number of the command family number corresponding execution flag is set to 0. Return to the command processing program (steps ■, ■). The command processing program can then terminate.

As explained above, the present invention divides the maintenance/operation commands provided by the exchange system into multiple command groups, assigns the same management number to the commands belonging to the same command group, and manages command conflicts by management number. By doing so, maintenance and operation commands for the exchange system can be provided without restrictions, and memory can be used effectively.
