Claims (1)
の廃液をセパレータにより処理して砥粒を回収す
る研磨砥粒回収装置において、前記研磨装置の廃
液に含まれる砥粒の一部を沈澱させる沈澱槽と、
該沈澱槽の上澄液を前記セパレータを通して循環
させる循環系と、セパレータにより分離された液
を貯溜する貯溜タンクと、該貯溜タンクの上澄液
を貯溜しつつ前記循環系および外部処理装置に排
出する排出タンクとが設けてあることを特徴とす
