    誘導電極12上に絶縁層13を介して放電電極1
    4を重合配置すると共に、誘導電極12及び放電
    電極14間に交流高電圧を印加することにより、
    放電電極14周辺でイオンを生成するようにした
    イオン生成装置において、 上記放電電極14の露出部を抵抗性薄膜20で
    被覆したことを特徴とするイオン生成装置。
