  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁基板１１上に誘導電極１２を配設し、この
    誘導電極１２上に絶縁層１３を介して放電電極１
    ４を重合配置すると共に、誘導電極１２及び放電
    電極１４間に交流高電圧を印加することにより、
    放電電極１４周辺でイオンを生成するようにした
    イオン生成装置において、 上記放電電極１４の露出部を抵抗性薄膜２０で
    被覆したことを特徴とするイオン生成装置。
