- シートの少なくとも一面の所定位置に設けられ
た重ね合わせるフオーム用紙を位置決めするため
の指示ガイドと、この指示ガイドを基準として前
記フオーム用紙のデータ印字位置をＸＹ方向の座
標として指定するための目盛と、この目盛に基づ
いた前記フオーム用紙のデータ印字位置を記入す
る印字位置指定欄とを有することを特徴とするデ
ータ印字位置入力シート。
