平面図を示す。第３図ないし第５図は従来例説明
図を示す。 図中、１はスプリング、１―１は係止部、１―
２は押圧部、２はブラシ・ホールダ本体、３はス
プリング・ホールダ、７はスプリング係止片、８
はカーボン・ブラシ、９はコミユテータ、１２は
ブラシ収容溝、１３はスプリング係止溝、１４は
スプリング規制用突起、１５はスプリング外し用
穴を表す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) カーボン・ブラシ８と、当該カーボン・ブ
    ラシ８が摺動自在に収容されるブラシ収容溝１２
    を有するブラシ・ホールダ本体２と、上記カーボ
    ン・ブラシ８を押圧するスプリング１とをそなえ
    、上記カーボン・ブラシ８が上記スプリング１に
    より弾性的に押圧された状態でコミユテータ９と
    摺動するよう構成された小型モータのブラシ装置
    において、 上記ブラシ・ホールダ本体２のブラシ収容溝１
    ２は、上記カーボン・ブラシ８の高さ寸法と略同
    一寸法の深さを有するように形成されてなると共
    に、 上記ブラシ・ホールダ本体２は、スプリング１
    を支持するスプリング・ホールダ３と、スプリン
    グ１の一端が係止されるスプリング係止片７とを
    そなえ、 上記スプリング１は、当該スプリング１の一端
    １―１が上記ブラシ収容溝１２を跨ぐようにして
    上記スプリング係止片７に係止されると共に、他
    端１―２が上記カーボン・ブラシ８をコミユテー
    タ方向に押圧するよう構成されている ことを特徴とする小型モータのブラシ装置。 (2) カーボン・ブラシ８と、当該カーボン・ブ
    ラシ８が摺動自在に収容されるブラシ収容溝１２
    を有するブラシ・ホールダ本体２と、上記カーボ
    ン・ブラシ８を押圧するスプリング１とをそなえ
    、上記カーボン・ブラシ８が上記スプリング１に
    より弾性的に押圧された状態でコミユテータ９と
    摺動するよう構成された小型モータのブラシ装置
    において、 上記カーボン・ブラシ８は、上記スプリング１
    の押圧方向と交差する方向に穿溝されて形成され
    たスプリング係止溝１３をそなえ、 上記スプリング１は、当該スプリング１の上記
    他端１―２がスプリング係止溝１３のコミユテー
    タ側の壁面を押圧するように構成されると共に、 上記ブラシ・ホールダ本体２は、上記スプリン
    グ１の他端１―２の位置を規制するスプリング規
    制用突起１４をそなえ、上記スプリング１の他端
    １―２を上記スプリング規制用突起１４に係止せ
    しめることにより当該スプリング１の他端１―２
    を強制的に上記スプリング係止溝１３のコミユテ
    ータ側と反対側の壁面と係止せしめ、上記スプリ
    ング１の他端１―２と上記スプリング規制用突起
    １４との係止状態を解除せしめることにより当該
    スプリング１の他端１―２が上記カーボン・ブラ
    シ８をコミユテータ方向に押圧するよう構成され
    ている ことを特徴とする小型モータのブラシ装置。
