    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気管に設けられた過給機のタービンを排気エ
    ネルギにより回転駆動する過給機付内燃機関にお
    いて、該機関の高負荷運転状態を検知する検知手
    段と、前記タービン上流の前記排気管周囲に空気
    を供給する供給手段とを備え、前記検知手段によ
    り高負荷運転状態が検知されたとき、前記供給手
    段により前記排気管の周囲に空気を供給して前記
    排気管内の排気ガスを冷却するようにしたことを
    特徴とする過給機付内燃機関の排気ガス冷却装置
    。
