Claims (1)
- チヤンバー１の中心を通り長手方向に直立させ
て、設置した隔壁６と、該隔壁６を対称面として
空気整流板５により空気を左右に分岐し、循環さ
せる空気流路７と、該空気流路７の分岐点８の入
口に左右対称に設置した。各々逆方向に回転する
軸流シロツコフアン３と、前記左右に分岐后合流
する空気流路７の途中に設置した各々ヒーター部
４、バーンインボード２とにより構成された気体
循環によるバーンイン装置。
