- 結合窓を介して２個の空胴共振器を互いに隣接
して構成してなる導波管波器において、結合窓
の構造を中央部から壁に向かつてその断面の幅が
次第に大きくなるようにテーパー状に構成したこ
とを特徴とする導波管波器。
