Claims (1)
- セラミツク粉末をゴムに混合してなるバツキン
グ基台に対し、その上に被着され金属粉末をゴム
に混合してなる下面電極層とその上に被着され圧
電磁器粉末をゴムに混合してなる圧電層とさらに
その上に被着され前記下面電極層と同質の上面電
極層とよりなる積層体の側面に沿つて前記上下面
電極層と電気的に接続する一対の導電リードを形
成して成るピエゾゴム超音波探触子において、上
記バツキング基台の側面に切込みを形成し、該切
込みに塗布した導電ペーストを介して下面電極層
とその導電リードとを電気的に導通してなるピエ
ゾゴム超音波探触子。
