Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属外環にステンレスを使用したガラス封着体
を製造するための封着治具であつて、少くとも金
属外環を収納する封着穴を形成した下治具と、前
記下治具に被せられる上治具とを具備する封着治
具において、 上記下治具のガラスに当接する部分をカーボン
部材で構成し、他の部分の下治具及び上治具をス
テンレスで構成したことを特徴とする封着治具。
