Claims (1)
- 環状の電磁石３及び７を環状の永久磁石６を介
して連結して１ユニツトとし該ユニツトを複数個
環状のスペーサ８を介して連結して成る円筒体と
、該円筒体に遊嵌する円柱状の磁性移動体１とか
ら構成され、該電磁石３及び７の内表面と磁性移
動体１の外表面とにそれぞれ軸方向に一定のピツ
チで凹凸が形成され、前記電磁石３及び７に順次
電流を流すことによつて該磁性移動体１を軸方向
にステツプ移動させる円筒型リニアステツピング
モータにおいて、前記磁性移動体１の外表面の凹
部に非磁性の良電導体２を埋込んだことを特徴と
する円筒型リニアステツピングモータ。
