７…ダイヤフラム、９…共通液室、１０…流路、
１１…穴部。

Claims (1)
- 共通液室から各主液室にインクを供給する流路
を有し、各主液室に形成されたダイヤフラムの変
位によりインクを噴射し、ノズル基板、振動基板
をプラスチツク材で構成してなるオンデマンド型
インクジエツトヘツドにおいて、共通液室から各
主液室に到る各流路の間にノズル基板、振動基板
を貫通する穴部を設け、該穴部をキヤリツジとの
係合部とすることを特徴とするオンデマンド型イ
ンクジエツトヘツド。
