- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 長尺なリボン基材１に、その長手方向に相互
に着色能が異なる複数の転写インク層２Ｙ，２Ｍ
，２Ｃを一定の順序で繰返し形成するとともに、
前記転写インク層２Ｙ，２Ｍ，２Ｃの各隣接間に
は、位置検出用のマークインク層３を形成してあ
るカラーインクリボンであつて、前記転写インク
層２Ｙ，２Ｍ，２Ｃとマークインク層３とを実質
ほぼ同一高さで、かつ、実質連続状態に構成して
あるカラーインクリボン。 ２ 前記転写インク層２Ｙ，２Ｍ，２Ｃとマーク
インク層３との間が０．３mm以下の間隙に構成さ
れている請求項１記載のカラーインクリボン。 ３ 前記転写インク層２Ｙ，２Ｍ，２Ｃとマーク
インク層３とが隙間のない状態に構成されている
