Claims (1)
に該主シリンダ室に滑動可能に嵌合された、固定
盤に対して可動盤を接近・離隔移動させるための
主ラムに、ブースタラムを通じて作動油が給排せ
しめられるブースタラムシリンダ室を形成すると
共に、吐出量可変のポンプ手段を設けて、該ポン
プ手段にて該ブースタラムシリンダ室、前記型締
室および前記型開室に作動油を供給せしめること
により、前記固定盤と可動盤との間で金型の型閉
操作、型締操作および型開操作を行ない得るよう
にしたブースタラム式型締装置において、 前記主シリンダの型開室から排出される作動油
をタンクに直接環流させる第一の環流回路を設け
ると共に、該作動油を所定の絞りを通じてタンク
に環流させる第二の環流回路を設ける一方、前記
ブースタラムシリンダ室への作動油の供給下にお
ける前記ポンプ手段の吐出量の大吐出量から小吐
出量への切換えに伴つて、該型開室から排出され
る作動油の排出回路を該第一の環流回路から該第
二の環流回路に切り換える排出回路切換手段を設
け、且つ該型開室と前記ブースタラムシリンダ室
との間に、該型開室側から該ブースタラムシリン
ダ室側にのみ作動油が流れ得るようにした逆止弁
手段を設けて、前記排出回路切換手段による前記
第一の環流回路から前記第二の環流回路への切換
作動に応じて、前記型開室から排出された作動油
の一部が前記ブースタラムを通じて前記ブースタ
ラムシリンダ室に導入せしめられるようにしたこ
