ミスタ素子の詳細を説明するための斜視図、第４
図は第１図実施例の組み合わせた状態の底面図で
ある。 図において、２１は伝熱部材、２２はサーミス
タ素子、２５は突起、２７は孔、２８は素子本体
、２９，３０は分割電極を示す。
図ａおよびｂは従来例を説明するための平面図お

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被検知物の温度を検知するためのサーミスタで
あつて、 前記被検知物から熱を伝えられるように、該被
検知物に取り付けられるものであつて、その一部
に突起を有する伝熱部材と、 前記伝熱部材の突起に外挿される孔を有し、か
つ少なくとも一方主面に複数の外部引き出し用分
割電極を有するサーミスタ素子とを備え、 前記サーミスタ素子の孔が伝熱部材の突起に外
挿された状態で、前記サーミスタ素子が前記伝熱
部材に固定されていることを特徴とする、温度検
知用サーミスタ。
