    の差を測定する装置において、 各信号線にそれぞれ接続されたスイツチ素子を
    有し、任意の２つの信号線の電気量を交互に繰返
    してサンプリングすることができるスキヤナと、 前記スキヤナの出力をデジタル信号のデータＤ
    ３１，Ｄ４１，Ｄ３２，Ｄ４２，…へ変換するＡ
    Ｄ変換器と、 前記ＡＤ変換器のデータをそれぞれ記憶し、こ
    のデータから２つの信号線の電気量の差の平均値
