Claims (1)
- 光フアイバが接続される光半導体素子と、この
光半導体素子から供給された信号を増幅する増幅
器と、この増幅器により増幅された前記信号を外
部回路に送出する外部リードとを備えている光電
変換装置において、フレキシブルプリント基板の
一端部に前記増幅器が実装してあり、前記フレキ
シブルプリント基板の他端部に前記光半導体素子
が実装してあり、前記フレキシブルプリント基板
の一端部が基台の頂面に固着してあり、前記フレ
キシブルプリント基板の他端部が折り曲げられて
前記基台の側面に固着してあることを特徴とする
光電変換装置。
