口となる管状の開口部とを蛇腹式の管状伸縮部材
で液密に接続し、伸縮部材を引き伸ばした状態で
は前記基部と開口部とが所定距離だけ離れるが、
伸縮部材を収縮させた状態では開口部を基部に固
定することができるようにしたことを特徴とする
