    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザ発振器より発振されたレーザ光をレンズ
    又はミラーによつて集光して被加工物に照射する
    機構と、レーザ加工における被加工物からのスパ
    ツタやヒユームがレンズまたはミラーに付着する
    ことを防ぐエアカーテンを持つレーザ用加工ヘツ
    ドにおいて、上記エアカーテンを流れるエアーの
    流れがレーザ光照射方向に向うことを防止したこ
    とを特徴とするレーザ用加工ヘツド。
