Claims (1)
- 台盤の上面に立設された一対の支柱に沿つて垂
直に昇降する包丁により、前記台盤の上面に位置
する受座に載置された食料品を裁断する食料品用
カツターにおいて、前記包丁の柄に設けられ、常
時は自重により先端が前記支柱と当接して前記包
丁を前記支柱に固定すると共に前記柄を握持する
ことにより前記先端が前記支柱から離え、前記包
丁と前記支柱とを開放状態とするストツパを設け
たことを特徴とする食料品用カツター。
