Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回路基板等に透孔を形成するパンチピンの
先端部の摩耗を検出するパンチピンの摩耗検出装
置において、 上記パンチピンの挿通孔を有するダイに、該挿
通孔と直交する貫通孔を形成するとともに、その
両端に発光部と受光部とを設け、該受光部の検出
光量にて上記パンチピンの摩耗を検出するように
したことを特徴とするパンチピンの摩耗検出装置
。 (2) 上記発光部はレーザー光源である請求項１
記載のパンチピンの摩耗検出装置。 (3) 上記発光部は上記パンチピンが最下端位置
に到来した時点で発光する請求項１または２記載
のパンチピンの摩耗検出装置。 (4) 上記貫通孔は上記パンチピンの最下端位置
に配置されている請求項１記載のパンチピンの摩
