Claims (1)
- 下側部に流体入口ノズルその対向側上部に流体
出口ノズルをそれぞれ設けた筒状センサー用ピー
スの頂部に、上記流体出口ノズル上方から上記流
体入口ノズル側へ向かつて下がる傾斜面を形成す
るとともに、上記傾斜面の上記流体出口ノズルよ
り下方位置に温度センサーを挿入設置したことを
特徴とする温度センサー。
