Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プローブピンを有し回動軸を中心に回動可
能なプローブプレートと；上記プローブピンと接
触する被検回路基板を載置し、上記プローブプレ
ートの下方において昇降可能な載置台と；プロー
ブプレートと載置台とが平行になつた後、この載
置台とプローブプレートとを接近させる平行移動
機構とを有することを特徴とするプローブピンを
有するパターンチエツカー。 (2) 平行移動機構は、プローブプレートの回動
軸部に一体に設けられ、昇降台と係合してその昇
降位置を規制するカムプレートを有している請求
項１記載のパターンチエツカー。
