Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an excellent foil-wound transformer, by arranging inlet and outlet nozzles a little to the centers of cooling panel bodies from the ends in the peripheral direction, so that the adjacent nozzles are spaced from each other by a distance much larger than a distance between the cooling panels bodies. CONSTITUTION:Inlet nozzles 22a, 22b and outlet nozzles 23a, 23b are positioned a little to the centers of cooling panel bodies 26a, 26b from the ends in the peripheral direction, so that the adjacent nozzles are spaced from each other by a distance l2 which is much larger than a distance l0 between the panel bodies 26a, 26b. Accordingly, length of insulating connection pipes 25a, 25b can be increased by as much that the distance l2 becomes larger. Therefore, ever if relatively large error occurs in attachment of the cooling panels, such error can be absorbed well by the pipes 25a, 25b. Further, the pipes 25a, 25b can be attached easily. In this manner, an improved foil-wound transformer having high reliability can be obtained.

As shown in FIG. 3, this cooling panel 6 is constructed by stacking two metal plates at an appropriate distance and sealing the periphery by welding or the like to form a cooling panel main body 16. The introduction nozzle 12 for feeding the refrigerant 1 is placed at the upper end.
4 are respectively arranged. Then, Freon R-113 or Fluorinert FC75 is added to the thin gap formed in the hollow part of the cooling panel 6.
The coolant 114 is enclosed, and this coolant 14 is circulated by the pump 7, and the heat generated within the winding is taken away by the latent heat of vaporization of the coolant 114, thereby performing cooling. That is, the refrigerant 14 that has absorbed heat is sent out from the outlet nozzle 13 to the outside of the winding, cooled in the cooler 9 provided outside the tank 8, and then sent into the cooling panel 6 again by the pump 7. A cooling system is constructed.

Note that the refrigerant 14 is collected in the fruit juice tube 10 before being sent into the cooling panel 6. Here, since the liquid collecting pipe 10 holds the same ground potential as the tank 8, the connection between the metal sheet 2 and the cooling panel 6 having the same potential is as follows.
This is done via an insulating pipe 11 made of Teflon resin or the like.

Further, the cooling panel 6 is disposed in contact with the metal sheet 2 or the insulating sheet 3 in order to cool the metal sheet 2 by thermal conduction. Further, since the cooling panel 6 is built into the winding, substantially the same voltage as that of the metal sheet 2 is applied to the cooling panel 6. Here, insulation between the metal sheet 2 and the cooling panel 6 and the outside is ensured by an insulating gas such as SFa gas sealed in the tank 8.

That is, as shown in FIG.
.. Since the distance 1 between the nozzles b is even shorter than the distance o between the cooling panel bodies 16a and 16b, even if a slight error occurs in the installation of the cooling panel 6, the distance 1 between the nozzles The error rate in installation is extremely large. Conventionally, the insulated connection pipes 15a and 15b that connect the nozzles are made of a flexible material such as Teflon resin in order to absorb errors in installation. cannot absorb this error, making it difficult to attach the insulating connection pipes 15a and 15b.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving Problems) The present invention provides a foil-wound transformer in which a cooling panel is divided into a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction of the winding. An inlet nozzle and an outlet nozzle are formed so as to be inclined from the circumferential end of the cooling panel toward the center in the circumferential direction, and are connected to the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet, respectively, on the circumferential side of the cooling panel. The configuration is characterized in that the nozzles are arranged offset toward the center in the circumferential direction so as to have a space between them and the extension line of the end portion, and then adjacent nozzles are connected by an insulated connection pipe.

(Function) In the foil-wound transformer of the present invention having the above-described configuration, since the introduction nozzle and the outlet nozzle are arranged closer to the center than the circumferential end of the cooling panel, there is a gap between adjacent nozzles. Since the distance between the nozzles becomes larger and the length of the insulated connection pipe connected between the nozzles can be increased, even if there is a large error in mounting the cooling panel, this error can be sufficiently absorbed by the insulated connection pipe. Therefore, the insulated connection pipe can be easily attached, and excessive stress will not be generated on the attached insulated connection pipe.

23b is arranged closer to the center than the circumferential side ends of the cooling panel bodies 26a, 26b, the distance 2 between adjacent nozzles is much larger than the distance 0 between the cooling panel bodies 25a, 26b. , the cooling panel main body 16a,
This is significantly larger than the conventional spacing IL1 between the nozzles, which was smaller than the spacing fLo between the nozzles 16b. Therefore, compared to the conventional technology in which the distance fLl between the nozzles is small and the length of the insulated connection pipes 15a and 15b connecting between the nozzles is extremely short, the insulated connection Since the lengths of the pipes 25a and 25b can be significantly increased, even if there is a large error in mounting the cooling panel, it can be sufficiently absorbed by the insulated connection pipes 25a and 25b.
It also becomes easier to attach parts a and 25b. Further, since the lengths of the insulated connection pipes 25a and 25b are long, even if there is a large error in mounting the cooling panel, the insulated connection pipe 25a.

[Claims] A foil winding is formed by overlapping and winding a metal sheet and an insulating sheet around the legs of an iron core, and a cooling panel for circulating a refrigerant is provided around the foil winding. The cooling panel is divided into a plurality of parts in the direction, and a refrigerant inlet port for guiding the refrigerant into the cooling panel is formed at the circumferential side end of the lower end of the cooling panel so as to protrude downward. A refrigerant outlet for guiding the refrigerant out of the cooling panel is formed at the circumferential side end of the upper end of the panel to protrude upward, and the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet have an inlet port. A foil-wound transformer in which a nozzle and a lead-out nozzle are connected to each other with their axial directions substantially equal to the circumferential direction, and further, adjacent lead-in nozzles and lead-out nozzles are connected by connecting pipes made of an insulating material. The refrigerant inlet and refrigerant outlet provided at the upper and lower ends of the cooling panel are formed to be inclined from the circumferential side end of the cooling panel toward the center in the circumferential direction, and the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant guide are connected to each other. The introduction nozzle and the outlet nozzle are connected to the outlet respectively.
A foil-wound transformer characterized in that the foil-wound transformer is arranged so as to be shifted toward the center in the circumferential direction so that there is a gap between the cooling panel and the extension line of the circumferential side end of the cooling panel.
