Claims (1)
- 放電電極に印加するエネルギーを蓄積する充放
電１次コンデンサと、導通により前記充放電１次
コンデンサの蓄積エネルギーを前記放電電極に放
出させるサイラトロンと、このサイラトロンの両
端間に接続された充放電電源コンデンサとを備え
たパルスレーザ装置において、前記充放電電源コ
ンデンサと前記サイラトロンとの間に飽和時間が
サイラトロンのリカバリータイム以上のマグネテ
イツクスイツチを挿入してあることを特徴とする
パルスレーザ装置。
