Generally, flat pallets into which a fork such as a forklift or a handlift can be easily inserted are used for transporting and storing heavy items, such as to be packaged. Traditionally, wooden pallets have been used for these flat pallets, but they are expensive and have a relatively short lifespan, so in recent years flat pallets made of metal such as iron, which are cheaper and more durable, have been used. It's tired. As an example,
-The idea of No. 2838 can be mentioned.

A horizontal member consisting of a metal plate having a plurality of grooves formed along its longitudinal direction and a plurality of supporting members welded and holding the metal plate at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction; The metal plates are made of a metal plate having a plurality of concave grooves formed therein, and are arranged in parallel to each other at intervals in the horizontal direction, substantially perpendicular to the horizontal member, and horizontally welded to the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal member. A flat pallet made of metal, comprising: a vertical member; and a top plate formed by the horizontal member and the vertical member on the upper surface side is provided with a protrusion for preventing the objects to be placed from slipping.

きる。 This top plate 2 is fixed by welding the concave and convex portions that come into contact with each other by a first metal plate 3b and a second metal plate 3a disposed orthogonally to the first metal plate. It becomes. Reference numeral 4 denotes a lower plate, which, like the upper plate 2, is made up of a combination of a first metal plate 3b and a second metal plate 3d. Reference numeral 5 denotes a protrusion formed on the outer end protrusion along the longitudinal direction of the second metal plate 3a of the top plate 2, and the height thereof is slightly higher than the other protrusions. Therefore,
As shown in FIG. 2, when the object 6 is placed, the portion corresponding to the protrusion 5 is slightly deformed and acts as a non-slip member in the direction perpendicular to the second metal plate 3a. Further, the protrusion 5 is not particularly limited to the outer end convex strip, but may be located near the outer end protrusion. Also,
As a second embodiment, the protruding portion 5 has a flat surface 7 formed only in a portion of the first metal plate 3b perpendicular to the second metal plate 3a, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5.
When assembling, the protrusions of both members 3a and 3b are made to be on the same plane, and the heights of the protrusions provided at the outer ends of the second metal plate 3a and the first metal plate 3b are set to a different height. The protrusion 5a is made higher than the height of the protrusion 5a,
5b may be formed. Thereby, the object 6 can be prevented from slipping in both directions of the second metal plate 3a and the first metal plate 3b. Furthermore, as a third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a plurality of substantially conical protrusions 5c may be provided on the upper surface of the protruding portion of the vertical member 3a by welding means. As a result, the portion of the object 6 that comes into contact with the protruding portion 5c is deformed, and the same anti-slip effect can be obtained. FIG. 9 shows a fourth embodiment, in which part or all of the intermediate convex strip along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated cross-sectional member is curved to have a triangular cross-section instead of the flat convex surface shown by the broken line. Even if the protruding portion 5d is higher than the other protruding portions, the same effect as described above can be obtained.

As described in detail above, in the present invention, the contact area of the object placed on the metal plate is large, making it difficult to slip. Therefore, there is no need to take special precautions against slippage during cargo handling operations, which has the excellent advantage of improving work efficiency.
