Claims (1)
- ゲルマニウムのＰＮ接合を有し入射光のパワー
に対応した出力を発生する受光素子と、この受光
素子の受光面上に形成され前記入射光が透過する
有機物コート層とを備え、被測定光が有機物コー
ト層に直接入射するように構成したことを特徴と
する受光装置。
