にするインバータと、前記バツテリーと前記イン
バータの間に設けられそして前記充電回路の出力
によりセツト状態となり、前記制御回路の出力に
よりリセツト状態となるラツチングリレーと、停
電検出回路の出力を外部に出力する停電信号出力
端子と、外部信号を前記ラツチングリレーに入力
する外部信号入力端子と、商用電源から供給され
る交流をそのまま出力するスルー回路と、前記イ
ンバータ側と前記スルー回路側とを切り替える回
路切り替え手段から成ることを特徴とする無停電
