- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パルス発生回路１からの出力電圧の正極性／逆
極性電圧によりＭＯＳ‐ＦＥＴスイツチＱ２１を
スイツチングするＭＯＳ‐ＦＥＴ駆動回路におい
て、 前記ＭＯＳ‐ＦＥＴスイツチＱ２１のゲートＧ
とソースＳの間に、正極性電位を保障するダイオ
ードＤ２３と、 逆極性電位をバイパスするトランジスタ回路Ｑ
２２と、 を並列に接続してなることを特徴とするＭＯＳ‐
ＦＥＴ駆動回路。
