ベルト半体を前記格納凹所内へ付勢している付勢
手段と、前記空気で膨らまされ前記付勢手段に抗
して前記ベルト半体を前記格納凹所内より押し出
す伸縮自在なエアマツトと、前記シートに座つた
乗員の体圧で動作されて前記エアマツトへ空気を
供給するエアポンプとを備えたことを特徴とする
