- 被加熱物の形状に合わせて成形した蓋付金属ケ
ース内にヒータ線を収納し、同ヒータの周りの同
蓋付金属ケース内に硬化性熱伝セメントを充填し
たことを特徴とする金属ケース収納型ヒータ。
