Claims (1)
- 回転軸を所定角度に設定する角度制御装置であ
つて、チユーブ内で回転自在に嵌合する回転軸の
周囲にサーボ部およびシリンダ部となる流体圧室
を形成するとともに、サーボ部には流体源と連通
する流路とシリンダ部に連通する流路と、回転軸
に突設され回転軸が設定角度にある時は流体源か
らの流体がシリンダ部内に加わらぬようシリンダ
部との流路を閉塞する突起体とを有し、シリンダ
部にはサーボ部と連通する流路から流体が送り込
まれてきた時に回転軸を所定の方向に回転させる
突起体を設けたことを特徴とする角度制御装置。
