第１図および第２図は本考案の一実施例を示す
ものであつて、第１図は冷菓製造機の原料撹拌装
置を示す断面図、第２図は撹拌用インペラの外観
を示す斜視図、第３図は従来例を示すものであつ
て、冷菓製造機の原料撹拌装置を示す要部の断面
図である。 １は撹拌用インペラ、２は駆動用ロータ、３は
磁石（マグネツト）、４は磁石（磁気連動部材）
、８は容器状内壁、８ａは透磁部、１５は原料、
１６は原料タンクである。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 原料タンク内の原料を撹拌するための撹拌用イ
ンペラが原料タンク内に回転自在に設けられた冷
菓製造機の原料撹拌装置において、 原料タンクの容器状内壁をなす底壁の少なくと
も一部が透磁部をなし、容器状内壁の内部には上
記透磁部と凹凸嵌合した回転自在な撹拌用インペ
ラが設けられる一方、容器状内壁の外側には上記
撹拌用インペラと透磁部を挾んで対向した駆動用
ロータが設けられ、かつ、上記撹拌用インペラと
駆動用ロータとの対向面の少なくとも一方にマグ
ネツトを有し、他方に上記マグネツトと磁気的に
連動する磁気連動部材を有していることを特徴と
する冷菓製造機の原料撹拌装置。
