Claims (1)
- 被測定面に固定される固定部材と、該固定部材
に垂直移動自在に設けられたアームと、該アーム
の先端に第１の水平軸を介して揺動自在に支持さ
れた支持リングと、該支持リング内に垂直に挿入
され前記第１の水平軸に対し直角方向の第２の水
平軸を介して該支持リングに揺動自在に支持され
た支持筒と、該支持筒内に同軸に回転自在に取り
付けられ該支持筒を被測定面に当接したとき該被
測定面から一定の高さに保持される磁歪センサと
、該磁歪センサをその垂直軸の周りに回転角度を
設定する回転角度設定装置とを備えたことを特徴
とする磁歪センサ設定装置。
