Claims (1)
- シヨートアーク型の放電灯と、この放電灯より
放射される光を集光する楕円集光鏡と、この楕円
集光鏡より集光された光を導光する導光フアイバ
とを有するフアイバ光源装置において、前記楕円
集光鏡と導光フアイバとの間に第１のコンデンサ
レンズと第２のコンデンサレンズとを設け、これ
ら第１、第２のコンデンサレンズの中間に位置し
て、これら二つのコンデンサレンズを通過する通
過光の半分の光を検出するために一部を反射する
ビームスプリツタと、このビームスプリツタが検
出した光を受ける受光器とを具備したことを特徴
とするフアイバ光源装置。
