Claims (1)
- 半導体素子をその１の端子を介してフインを設
けた冷却体に直接に接触させてクランプし、前記
フインの通風方向の両端に前記フインの全断面を
少なくとも超えない断面を有する絶縁ダクトを取
付けることを特徴とする半導体素子の冷却装置。
