面図、第５図は従来のレーザ材料の温度分布を示
す図である。 図において、１はランプ、２は固体レーザ材料
、３は集光筒、４，５は集光筒の焦点位置を示す
。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を
付して示してある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円柱形状のランプと、外形が円柱形状の固体レ
    ーザ材料とを用い、これらを平行に並べ、さらに
    これらを取り囲む形で、ランプからの光をレーザ
    材料に集光する筒状の集光筒とを備えた固体レー
    ザ装置において、上記レーザ材料として外形が円
    柱形状であるレーザ材料の中心軸部分をくり抜き
    、断面を見るとドーナツ形状になつている材料を
    用いたことを特徴とする固体レーザ装置。
