図は炉底出鋼式アーク炉を示す概略図、第５図及
び第６図は従来の排出口の構造を示す要部概略図
である。 図中、２０は溶解炉、２３は炉底、２４は湯出
し口、２９は開閉ゲート、３１は充填ノズル、３
３は案内管、３５は充填物供給手段である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 炉底に排出口を有する溶解炉の溶融金属炉底排
    出装置において、上記排出口の下部開口端を閉じ
    るための着脱自在に設けられた開閉ゲートと、該
    開閉ゲート上に載置され、排出口内に臨んで起立
    された案内管と、上記開閉ゲートにその下方から
    貫通して一体的に取付けられ上記案内管内に挿通
    された充填ノズルと、該充填ノズルに上記排出口
    内への充填物を供給する充填物供給手段とからな
    ることを特徴とする溶解炉の溶融金属炉底排出装
    置。
