Claims (1)
- 小口径の配管内を流れる流体の温度を測定する
温度センサーとして、両端に配管へ取付けるため
の接続部を設けたパイプと、このパイプ内中央で
流体の流れ方向又は対向した方向へ傾斜して両端
をパイプに取付け固定した温度センサー内蔵の保
護管と、この温度センサーとリード線を介して接
続したソケツトと、パイプ周縁に取付けたカバー
と、から成ることを特徴とする配管へ組込む一体
型の温度センサー。
