Claims (1)
- レーザ共振器の光路に配置してある三角柱状の
全反射部材と、この全反射部材のレーザ光全反射
面に対向するガラス板と、このガラス板と前記全
反射部材との間隙を伸縮するピエゾ素子とを備え
ているＱスイツチにおいて、前記ガラス板がレー
ザ光を減衰する光吸収型のガラスでなることを特
徴とするＱスイツチ。
