- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒状部の内周面に環状突起を有する金属外環と
、この金属外環に貫通されたリード線とを金属外
環の内部に充填された封止ガラスによつて封着・
固定してなる気密端子において、 上記封止ガラスを金属外環の開口端付近まで充
填すると共に、金属外環の筒状部内周面の環状突
起と対応して段差を設けて金属外環の円筒開口端
部との間に環状凹部を形成したことを特徴とする
気密端子。
