コレクタ、６：エミツタ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パワートランジスタを複数個使用する電力増幅
    器において、 同種のパワートランジスタをプリント配線基板
    の表裏に配置すると共にこのプリント配線基板を
    冷却用ヒートシンクに対して立体的に配置し、各
    パワートランジスタを冷却しながら並列動作させ
    るように構成したことを特徴とする電力増幅器。
