Claims (1)
- 第１の電流源をバイアス電流源とする差動増幅
器、この差動増幅器の非反転入力端子には電圧源
が接続され、非反転出力には電流振分け用の第１
の差動対が接続される一方、第２の電流源の電流
振分け用の第２の差動対があり、第１と第２の差
動対には同一の電流振分け用制御電圧が印加され
、この制御電圧に対し互いに逆の電流増減特性を
もつコレクタ同士が接続され、その接続点には第
１の抵抗とトランジスタのベース電極が接続され
、該トランジスタのエミツタにはバイアス電流源
と第２の抵抗が接続され、該第２の抵抗の他端は
前記差動増幅器の反転入力端子に接続されると共
に、フイルタの出力端子となり、前記反転入力端
子はコンデンサを介してフイルタ入力端子に接続
されていることを特徴とする電圧制御型高域通過
フイルタ回路。
