This type of refrigeration cycle is constructed by connecting a condenser, a capillary tube, and a cooler to a compressor in order, but in this type, when the inside of the refrigerator is cooled to a predetermined temperature and the compressor stops operating, the condenser There was a problem in that the hot gas from the side gradually flowed into the cooler and the compressor resumed operation within a relatively short period of time, resulting in an increase in power consumption. To prevent this, in a rotary compressor, a solenoid valve C is installed between the capacitor A and the capillary tube B, as shown in Figure 1.
A check valve F is provided between the rotary compressor D and the cooler E. It has been considered to prevent the hot gas from the condenser A side from flowing into the cooler E when the operation is stopped, but according to this configuration, when the operation is stopped, the hot gas flows from the check valve F through the rotary compressor D to the solenoid valve. High-pressure gas (e.g. gas pressure of about 10°C at room temperature 35°C)
Kg/cm 2 ) is contained, and the gas pressure does not decrease over time, so a large load is applied when restarting the rotary compressor, causing a problem of startup failure.

Therefore, it has been considered to install a refrigerant tank between the check valve F and the rotary compressor D and liquefy the confined high-pressure gas there to lower the pressure, but the degree of pressure drop is large; The pressure acting on the check valve F becomes small and the check effect becomes insufficient, making it impossible to fully achieve the intended purpose.

This invention can reduce the pressure of the gas trapped in the passage from the check valve to the valve device via the rotary compressor, and of course allows the rotary compressor to start smoothly. To provide a refrigeration cycle in which the degree of reduction is moderate and there is no possibility that the check effect of a check valve will be impaired.

In this invention, a branch path is extended from between the check valve and the intake port of the rotary compressor and connected to the refrigerant tank, and this branch path allows the flow of the refrigerant in the outflow direction and the flow in the inflow direction. By providing a blocking valve and connecting a throttle device in parallel with this valve, it is possible to prevent the gas pressure from becoming too low due to the resistance of the throttle device.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. When the temperature inside the refrigerator rises to a predetermined temperature or higher, a temperature control switch (not shown) is turned on to energize the rotary compressor 1 and the solenoid valve 6, which opens the solenoid valve 6 and stops the operation of the rotary compressor 1. is started. The refrigerant compressed by the rotary compressor 1 and liquefied by the condenser 2 flows into the cooler 5 via the dryer 3, capillary tube 4 and electromagnetic valve 6, evaporates there, and returns to the rotary compressor via the check valve 7. The air is sucked into the compressor 1. When the inside of the refrigerator is cooled to a predetermined temperature, the temperature control switch is turned off to cut off power to the rotary compressor 1 and the solenoid valve 6.
As a result, the operation of the rotary compressor 1 is stopped and the solenoid valve 6 is closed. Then, the high-pressure hot gas in the condenser 2 flows back to the cooler 5 through the rotary compressor 1, but the check valve 7 prevents the back flow. 1 to the solenoid valve 6. Therefore, the high pressure hot gas flowing back from the condenser 2 side through the rotary compressor 1 to the cooler 5 side is equal to the suction side pressure during operation since the refrigerant tank 9 is on the suction side of the rotary compressor 1. Due to the low pressure of the refrigerant, the refrigerant flows into the branch passage 8, passes through the capillary tube 11, and flows into the refrigerant tank 9. The hot gas that has flowed back to the cooler 5 in this way sequentially flows into the refrigerant tank 9 through the capillary tube 11 and is stored therein, so that the gas pressure in the passage from the check valve 7 to the solenoid valve 6 increases. gradually decreases, but there is a capillary tube 1 in the inflow path to the refrigerant tank 9.
1 exists, the pressure in the passage from the check valve 7 to the solenoid valve 6 becomes higher than the pressure in the refrigerant tank 9 by the pressure burden due to the flow path resistance of the capillary tube 11. Therefore, the pressure in the passage from the check valve 7 to the solenoid valve 6 via the rotary compressor 1 is not so low as to impair the check effect of the check valve 7, and therefore the hot gas is not reversed. Stop valve 7
The inconvenience of leaking from the check valve 7 and flowing into the cooler 5 does not occur. Now, when the internal temperature rises, the rotary compressor 1 starts operating again, but since the pressure on the suction side is low, a high load is not applied to the rotary compressor 1, and the rotary compressor 1 starts up smoothly. When the pressure on the suction side becomes lower due to the activation of the rotary compressor 1, the refrigerant stored in the refrigerant tank 9 passes through the check valve without passing through the capillary tube 11, which has a high flow resistance. 10 and is sucked from the branch path 8 to the suction port 1a of the rotary compressor 1. Therefore, the rotary compressor 1 comes to force-feed a sufficient amount of refrigerant to the condenser 2 immediately after starting, and the cooler 5 comes to exhibit a sufficient cooling effect at an early stage.

Note that the refrigerant tank 9 may be cooled and liquefy the hot gas flowing in, or
The internal volume may be increased to store the gas as it is. Further, the check valve 10 may be replaced with a solenoid valve that is energized and opened when the rotary compressor 1 is in operation. Furthermore, the solenoid valve 6 may be replaced with a pressure-responsive valve device that operates based on the suction side pressure that changes as the rotary compressor 1 starts and stops.

As explained above, in the present invention, when the rotary compressor stops, the valve device operates to confine the hot gas in the condenser in the passage between the check valve and the valve device and allow it to flow into the cooler. This prevents problems such as those caused by the cooler being heated by hot gas.
Furthermore, since the sealed hot gas flows into the refrigerant tank and its pressure is reduced, there is no possibility of startup failure when the rotary compressor is restarted.
Furthermore, since the confined hot gas passes through a throttling device when flowing into the refrigerant tank, the pressure burden due to the resistance of the throttling device does not reduce the pressure to the extent that it impairs the check valve's check action. , it is possible to reliably prevent gas leakage from the check valve to the cooler side, and when the rotary compressor starts, the refrigerant in the refrigerant tank is sucked into the rotary compressor through the valve side with small resistance without passing through the throttling device. As a result, a sufficient amount of refrigerant can be supplied to the rotary compressor immediately after startup, and an excellent effect can be achieved by allowing the cooler to start exerting a sufficient cooling effect at an early stage.
