    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 濾布に接触させた脱水シリンダ内にスラリー供
    給路から注入口を介してスラリーを注入し、この
    スラリーをピストンで加圧して脱水するようにし
    た脱水装置において、注入口もしくはスラリー供
    給路の注入口近接位置に、スラリー供給源側への
    クラツキング圧力を備えたチエツク弁を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする脱水装置。
