性流体シールの他の実施例にかかり、それを玉軸
受に内蔵した状態の半断面図である。さらに、第
５図は従来の磁性流体シールにかかり、第１図に

- 遮断すべき清浄空間と汚染源存在空間とを連通
する通気孔が磁性流体シール本体に設けられてい
るとともに、この通気孔に濾過機能を有するフイ
ルタが設けられていることを特徴とする磁性流体
シール。
