- ＩＣを自動的に供給するＩＣハンドラにおいて
、ステツク内のＩＣの残りを検出するＩＣ残り検
出センサーと、ステイツク内のＩＣ残りがある場
合にＩＣを搬出するＩＣ搬出機構を備えたことを
特徴とするＩＣハンドラ。
