- 送風機、ヘパフイルターを内蔵した本体より清
浄空気を放出させ、本体前面に折りたたみ自在に
装着した天井板、側板により無菌作業空間を形成
させるようにした清浄作業装置において、前記送
風機がプロペラフアンであることを特徴とする小
型清浄作業装置。
